By using Zono.my, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.
Zono provides location analysis reports based on Malaysian public data including Google Maps, DOSM, PDRM, JPS, and Prasarana. Reports are for informational and preliminary guidance purposes only.
Zono is not liable for any business losses, lease decisions, or investment decisions made based on our reports. All data should be verified with local authorities before making final decisions.
Due to the instant-generation nature of digital reports, no refunds are provided once a report has been successfully generated. If a report fails to generate due to our technical error, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
We store generated reports to allow you to access them again via your dashboard. We do not sell user data to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this platform for reasonable cause, including violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
